Soak in the hot tub overlooking the lake, unwind by the fireplace, enjoy coffee on the covered deck, or gather in the bright open living room. Four bedrooms—including two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a custom bunk room—give up to 12 guests room to settle in comfortably.
The private covered dock, boat slip, hydrohoist, PWC slip, paddleboards, cornhole, and lakefront yard add plenty to enjoy outdoors. Nearby golf, pickleball, wineries, breweries, restaurants, parks, and Hill Country drives make Birdhouse an inviting cold-season escape.
The owner’s work truck remains parked discreetly on-site and does not interfere with guest parking or use of the home.
