The two-story layout sleeps up to 10 guests—6 adults plus 4 children—and works especially well for one or two families. Two king bedrooms give adults comfortable private spaces, while the custom bunk room creates a fun retreat for younger guests.

Cool-Weather Lake Travis
Enjoy a relaxed base for holiday visits, winery weekends, golf trips, hiking at Pace Bend Park, and quiet time by the water. Briarcliff Marina, Lighthouse Restaurant, Poodie's Hilltop Bar & Grill, local wineries, breweries and live music are nearby. The condo is just west of Austin in the heart of the Lake Travis area.
Life on the Lake
Bring your boat and use the included private slip. Briarcliff Marina and its ramp are about five minutes away by boat or car. Please message us with your boat size before arrival so we can confirm fit. Boat trailers are not permitted in the condo parking lot.
Arrival
Easy self check-in with keyless entry. Your personalized door code will be sent before arrival. Please call or text approximately 30 minutes before check-in so we can confirm the condo is ready and answer any last-minute questions.
Bath towels are provided; guests should bring lake and pool towels. This is a family-focused property. Events are not allowed.
