The second bedroom has a queen bed and stunning lake views, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds and shares a full bathroom with the second bedroom. The property features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a color TV, cable, DVD player, and a covered patio with spectacular views of the lake. Additionally, the home comes equipped with a washer and dryer and a propane barbecue grill for your convenience. The entire home is available for your use, and the host is available to address any special needs or emergencies anytime. Guests have access to a boat launch for a fee of $10, payable at the Briarcliff Marina. Local amenities include golf, tennis, and Pace Bend Park, while local transportation can be arranged with the Steve Bigler Car Service by appointment only (512-203-7192). Boats and boat slips are available for rent at the nearby neighborhood marina. Please note that on holiday weekends, there is a three-night minimum stay requirement.
